Our society sets growing demands for its co-workers. Solid and
future-oriented training is a fundamental requirement for one's career
path.
New knowledge, abilities and skills should be learned during an
apprenticeship. This is the only way to be able to meet the
continuously growing and changing demands.
Learning must not stop…
At AKKUPLANET Ltd, we take
measures to ensure that everyone is challenged in regard to their
acquired qualification, and to enable future advancement. Because
of this outlook, no deficits in motivation occur. At the same
time, co-workers and managers are required to recognize their own
weaknesses and to master these together. Only a team that works
hand in hand can be successful internationally.

Tasks and Activities
At AKKUPLANET Ltd, wholesale
and export trade merchandisers work on planning, execution and
controlling of the most diverse merchandising tasks. The
multifaceted field of activities, the required performance and the size
of the businesses hint towards the multifaceted tasks of export trade
merchandisers.
Alongside the purely mercantile activities, there are other aspects to
be considered in the completion of one's work. Technical
knowledge and foreign language skills are some of the requirements for
a successful fulfillment of tasks. In addition, it is
self-evident that modern information and communications equipment are
used.
Requirements
Fundamentally, anyone can begin an apprenticeship to be a merchandiser in wholesale and export trades at AKKUPLANET Ltd.
However, the trainee should be eager to learn and have a high
performance output. (A secondary trade school degree would be
advantageous).
The selection process is generally concluded about six to eight months
before the start of training, i.e. the application should arrive about
12 months before the start of the apprenticeship. The application
should include a cover letter, a tabular CV, photocopies of one's last
school report card and a photo (this can be scanned).
