To assess the implementation of our quality policy and the effectiveness of our quality management system, we at akkuplanet set quality targets, the achievement of which we measure at regular intervals. This also includes our customer satisfaction surveys, such as the one most recently conducted in May 2021, in which we sought to find out how satisfied our customers are with our products and services.

„We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all participants. We were delighted by the high level of participation and the once again very positive feedback. An impressive 98.7 per cent of respondents gave us the top mark. That’s actually a slight increase on the last survey,” said Stefan Hüttermann, Managing Director of Akkuplanet GmbH. „But we also take the points of criticism to heart. After all, it’s important for us to find out where we can improve even further,” Hüttermann continued.

As a thank you for taking part, there were a total of 10 high-quality LED swivel head torches to be won. The lucky winners were selected at random and have already been notified.
