Please use our "Return shipment" form for your returns. Please fill it out completely and attach it to the returned goods. If you are making a complaint, the exact specification of the fault is very important to us, so that such faults can be avoided in future and the best possible solution for you can be found.
If you return undamaged goods for credit in the form of a credit note, please keep in mind that resale, and hence, complete credit, are only possible if the original packaging and all the accompanying documents are enclosed with the product and that the goods are neither dirty nor damaged.

Please affix sufficient postage to the package, since our logistics department cannot accept inadequately stamped post for organisational reasons. If this is not possible, please contact whichever processing clerk in our company processed your order. He or she will be happy to help you and clarify the dispatch procedure.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return shipment, you will quickly be informed regarding the further procedure (by mail or fax).
