Tasks and duties

Wholesale and foreign trade clerks at Akkuplanet GmbH are responsible for planning, carrying out and monitoring a wide variety of commercial tasks. In addition to purely commercial activities, other aspects must also be taken into account when carrying out their work. Technical understanding and foreign language skills are therefore also among the requirements for successfully carrying out these tasks. It goes without saying that modern information and communication technology is used for this purpose.

• You’re interested in economic issues and have a quick grasp of things

Tasks and duties

At akkuplanet, warehouse logistics specialists receive all kinds of goods and check the quantity and condition against the accompanying documents. They organise unloading, sort and label the goods, and then store them appropriately in pre-allocated spaces. They ensure that the goods are stored under optimal conditions. In the dispatch department, they plan delivery routes and determine the most cost-effective method of dispatch. They prepare deliveries, pack the goods and draw up the accompanying documents, such as delivery notes or customs documents. Furthermore, they optimise the internal flow of information, materials and assets from procurement through to sales.
