“25 years of akkuplanet – We’ll donate to the cause closest to your heart”
1. Organiser
The organiser of this promotion is:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”)
2. Subject matter of the campaign
To mark the company’s 25th anniversary, the organiser is awarding a total of 6 donations to charitable organisations with a total value of 2,500 EUR:
- 1 × 1,250 EUR
- 5 × 250 EUR
Donations will be paid to the selected charitable organisations, not to the participants.
3. Participation
Participation is subject to:
- Comment on the relevant post on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn
- Full name of the association/organisation
- Official website address
- Brief justification for the proposal
The organization must be recognised as a non-profit organisation within the meaning of Sections 51 et seq. of the German Fiscal Code (AO) .
4. Entry period
The competition runs from the date of publication of this post up to and including 31 July 2026, 23:59.
Proposals received after this date will not be considered.
5. Eligibility to participate
Eligible to take part are individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany.
Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from taking part.
6. Selection process
The six recipients of the donations will be selected by August 2026 by a draw from all valid nominations.
The organiser will verify the charitable status of the selected organisation before making any payment.
Should an organisation fail to meet the requirements, a new recipient will be selected at random.
The announcement will be made via the organiser’s respective social media channels.
7. Disbursement of the donation
Donations are transferred directly to the respective organisations.
Cash redemption or transfer to other persons is not permitted.
8. Data protection
Personal data (e.g. profile name) must be provided in order to take part.
These will be used exclusively for the purposes of running the prize draw and will not be passed on to third parties, unless required by law.

9. Early termination
The organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition early or to amend it for important reasons, provided that its proper conduct cannot be guaranteed.
10. Disclaimer for platforms
This competition is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by these platforms. The organiser is the sole point of contact and the party responsible.
11. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
